San Marco Beach has a long history, starting out as a shooting gallery, turning into a campsite and then finally becoming a bathing establishment.
Our History
In the 1970s, San Marco Beach offered its guests a dance floor, the first in Bordighera: many show business personalities danced there in those years, from Federico Fellini to Sandra Mondaini to Ugo Tognazzi.
In 1976, the Calleri family took over the management of the establishment and in the following years the first swimming pool in Bordighera was inaugurated, which is still one of its strong points today.
Today, it is Terry and his brother Gianni who inherit the family business; while their grandchildren (Alessio, Gabriele and Emanuele) now play by the sea.
A Winning Team
Gianni took over the management of San Marco Beach from his parents.
He grew up at the establishment, and with him you can rest assured: he is the man who will make your holiday a dream!
